Jekemi offers free shipping with every purchase of S$80 and above in one order.

Your order will be dispatched on the same day for Singapore deliveries placed before midday on a business day. For orders placed after midday, on weekends, or public holidays, your order will be dispatched on the next available working day. Once your order has been dispatched, it will reach you within 3-5 working days.
Please be aware that during high-demand periods, such as major sales, your shipping time may be extended by a few days. Rest assured, we are making every effort to ensure your purchases are delivered as promptly as possible.
**Kindly note that the shipping charges do not include import taxes, duties, or customs fees.

Returns and exchanges due to defective or damaged items are subject to a 7-day return and exchange policy upon receipt of order and the following terms and conditions:
- Item(s) must be returned in their original condition as received. All products have to be unused and unopened to be eligible for return or exchange.
- Refund for defected or damaged products will only include the cost of the item(s) and will not include shipping costs (if applicable).
- Shipping costs incurred for returning or exchanging products will be borne by the customer.
Return and exchange requests must be sent in to the Jekemi team at [email protected] within 7 calendar days upon receipt of your item(s) and include the details and picture of your defected or damaged item(s). Kindly await further instructions from the Jekemi team to proceed for your return or exchange.
